This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game Board Explorer (package name com.InfinityNova.RollAndRumble), distributed on Google Play by the developer Chewing Gum, and to this website. It describes the game's current functionality only.

Board Explorer does not require or provide user account creation. Players do not create usernames, passwords, or login accounts, and there is no email-and-password profile system in the game.

Because Board Explorer does not provide user accounts, there is no Board Explorer account deletion functionality. This is separate from the analytics and pseudonymous gameplay information described below.

Board Explorer uses game analytics and technical infrastructure, and therefore may process information such as:

This is not used by Chewing Gum to identify individual players.

Information may be processed by service providers that provide analytics, hosting, technical infrastructure, diagnostics, security or related services, including Google/Firebase. Such processing is carried out solely for purposes such as analytics, infrastructure, diagnostics, security and operation of the game.

Chewing Gum does not sell information to third parties. Processing by service providers on behalf of the game is not a sale of information.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or technical integrity of the game and its players.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information. Where information is transmitted over networks, modern secure transport such as HTTPS/TLS is used by the services handling that information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and no guarantee of perfect security can be given.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, analytics, security, troubleshooting, legal or legitimate business purposes, subject to the retention functionality and policies of the relevant service providers.

Where information is no longer required, it is deleted, aggregated or anonymized as appropriate, in line with the capabilities of the services involved.
